How often will my subscription be re-billed?

Each subscription box will be re-billed on the 10th of the month. If you are already billed and need to cancel that months box, please do so within 2 days of your billing date.

What happens if I sign up after the 15th?

If you sign up after the 15th you will automatically be set to go for the following month. Here is an example! If you sign up on the 16th of August, you will be recieving Octobers box, not Septembers. Remember half the fun is waiting! 

 

What if I am unhappy with my box?

We hope this isn't the case as we do our best every month to carefully curate a box that is phenomenal! Please contact us if you have issues, questions or concerns. 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Rebilling happens on the 10th of each month. If you cancel before the 10th you will not be billed for the next months box. If you cancel after the 10th there is a 3 day grace period in which you can still get a refund for any unshipped boxes. After that grace period you will recieve the following months box and not be refunded. If you purchased a 3 month subscription and you cancel you will be refunded any unshipped boxes minus fees.
